Head of Procurement - Essex County Council

Steve has held procurement leadership roles in the public and private sectors. He is currently Head of Procurement for Essex County Council, one of the largest local authorities in the country. He also chairs the Central Buying Consortium, a group of 22 county councils, and represents the East of England on the LGA’s National Advisory Group for procurement.
